I am starting this petition to protect the rights and creative abilities for future developers and programmers. The company, Apple, has filed patents that should be ruled frivolous on the grounds that both patents named, the patent on "rounded rectangles" and their new patent on the animation of "page turning", do not meet the requirements for obtaining a patent under both the "Novelty" and "Non-Obviousness" requirements.
