1) If the president nominates a qualified replacement to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court in response to the passing of Justice Scalia, and the Senate refuses to even discuss it, much less allow an up-or-down vote, the president should follow GOP methodology and sue them for obstruction of justice.
2) The president should instruct the Justice department to pursue charges against elected officials for their breaches of the Logan Act via their repeated attempts to subvert the diplomatic efforts of the Executive Branch, both to prevent the emergence of a nuclear Iran, and for their attempted subversion of his efforts to gain prisoner exchange with Iran.
