We the People of the United States demand that the President and the Senate carry out their Constitutional responsibilities with respect to the Supreme Court. The President shall nominate and the Senate shall offer its advice and take a vote on consent. These steps should be taken within respected historical norms: 1) that the President shall send the name of his nominee to the Senate with 60 days; 2) that the Senate shall vote on said nomination within 90 days of the receipt of the nomination.
