The second amendment calls for a well regulated militia that has never happen, therefore we have the carnage which is raging across our nation.
The solution will not take away the ownership of fire arms from the citizen but establish control, regulations and accountability with the creation of the local armory.
I propose that citizens have the right to possess a maximum of two (2) hand guns in home for defense and protection and all other fire arms be kept in a local armory where the owner thereof have immediate access to them with proper I. D. and documentations for the purpose of use on a range, hunting, cleaning or in the event of tyranny or invasion.
