While your administration states a commitment to science and technology education, we consistently ignore one of the fundamental and logical languages of science - the Metric System.
The Metric System it is the accepted measurement system of science, medicine, astronomy, international commerce, and technology and is the only measurement system acceptable for the future of a scientifically-minded humanity.
We propose that the government creates a policy of endorsing the metric system's use and begins a process of phasing out the outdated, clumsy, and illogical Imperial Measurement System.
