fulfill your oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Let's start with the Fourth Amendment.

Created by J.L. on August 11, 2013

President Obama,

Fulfill your oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. Do not continue to sacrifice our most fundamental liberties in the name of security and expediency. Put an end to the National Security Agency's wholesale surveillance of American citizens and their communications.

As a reminder, here's the text of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
