I am homeless disabled veteran with 23 years of service with Alzheimer ; my petition for military compensation was rejected because they claimed that is not service related; however science has already proved that herpes simplex type 1 , which I got in basic training ,is in my medical record can cause to trigger along with the stress ,sleep disorder my condition. So please I need help to review my case
