If a person is convicted of a felony 4 or 5, and has been placed on probation, received treatment or has been sentenced to a state correctional facility and then since has went to college and completed a four year degree, he or she shall receive full expungement of any felony 4 or 5 received in life upon request and court review of school documents. This can make a difference by allowing students to have the same edge in an employment search as someone with out a criminal record.
