This petition requests that a full investigation by federal prosecutors and the Attorney General in the events that resulted in the death of LaVoy Finicum whom was shot dead by federal agents in route to a meet with the City Concil and Harney County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday January 26, 2016.
Eyewitness accounts have LaVoy Finicum with his hands up and unarmed at the time he was shot by federal officers representing the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
