Full Investigation of Groton Housing Authority Abuses & Collusion with the First Parish Church of Groton, MA

During 5 years as a tenant with the Groton Housing Authority's Sandy Pond complex, many tenant complaints were filed about GHA Director Lisa Larrabee's tolerance of lease violations by one tenant and her guests. The tape (or portions) made at the Grievance Committee Hearing in 2009, where I brought these issues before the board, was erased by the Reverend Clio Fisher of the First Parish Church of Groton, MA. Both the GHA Director (Ms. Larrabee) and I were represented by attorneys at that meeting, but my repeated requests for a copy of the tape were denied. HUD's Deidra Jenkins referred me back to Ms. Larrabee in 2012 when I requested HUD to require GHA to send me a copy. My son is emotionally scarred from events that occurred while we lived there.
