Perform Full Review of Domestic Quagmires (as you have done for Afghanistan, Iraq, and the War on Terror):
Careful deliberation and consultation are required in order to re-purpose, justify budget, set measurable goals and an exit strategy for the following well-intended declared wars stuck in multiple-decade quagmires: Poverty, Illiteracy, Drugs, Crime, Gangs, North Korea, Pollution. Democrats and Republicans alike are disappointed in the lack of positive results and open-ended obligations.
