All Supreme Court sessions and procedures should be streamed live to the internet and full transcripts made available to everyone.
It is ridiculous in this day and age that all sessions of the SCOTUS are not fully recorded and made available in real-time to the citizens of the United States of America and the rest of the world.
The fact that much of this process is hidden belies the core foundations of freedom and transparency of this nation. There is no reason whatsoever given the availability of technology that this should not be available immediately.
Every word spoken, every idea presented, every argument made has a direct and lasting impact on each and every American citizen for decades to come.
It's time for full transparency and access to our highest court now.
