We the People demand Pres. Obama fully comply with the Trafficking Victims Protection Re-authorization Act of 2008. An Act which provides children seeking refugee status from countries non-contiguous to the United States a fair and legal due process before they can be deported. And affords them an opportunity to present a case as to how deportation could put their well being and or life in jeopardy. We the People feel we have a moral obligation as citizens of the United States to Keep this law fully intact and without any revisions which would undermine its intent to protect the basic human rights of vulnerable children crossing our Southern border.
