Marijuana and all it's compounds, THC-9, Cannabinol, and all other cannabinoids should be legalized. We the American people can choose to smoke unhealthy cancer-causing tobacco which has no medicinal benefits and is highly likely to be abused (those two things are what make a Schedule I substance classified as Schedule I). The American people are smart enough know they should have the right to have access to Cannabis sativa and Cannabis indica and all strains of each to be legalized for personal recreational, and medicinal use.
