In the start of our country farmers legally HAD to grow cannabis. What is stopping that now? If we decriminalized carrying an ounce on our person and growing to help make paper or any of the other 5000 products that can be made with cannabis, it would clean out our prison systems and help save paper mills and other companies that are starving for business.
