Governments worldwide are disclosing their UFO documents. Former Canadian Secretary of Defence Minister Paul Hellyer has publicly admitted the existence of extraterrestrials. If extraterrestrials don't exist, why then does the US Government resort to "national security" reasons for not releasing information? How can one be threatened by a phenomenon that doesn't exist? Knowledge of life elsewhere in the Universe is a Human Rights issue. To contain such information to a guarded few is a blatant violation of Human Rights.
