fully enforce all current immigration laws especially those regarding criminal permanent residence (green card) holders.

Created by J.Q. on January 31, 2014

Current immigration laws are being circumvented through a process of "prosecutorial discretion" which translates to "selective enforcement". This condition has resulted in criminal visa overstays, lack of removal of criminal green card holders and an endangerment to U.S. Citizens and legal immigrants alike. While we endorse the continued immigration of those whom add value to our country, we implore the current administration to remove those who have violated our laws as green card holders in order to both protect the integrity of our immigration system and provide opportunity for others wishing to come legally to our country and obey our laws. With proposed "reforms" there is no guarantee that any new laws will not also be subject to this "selective enforcement".
