Petition the government of the United States of America to fully and affirmatively enforce existing laws related to immigration for two (2) years, including the apprehension and deportation of all immigrants found to be living in the United States in violation of those laws, before any consideration is given to amending, revising or "reforming" immigration laws either by act of congress or by executive action; and, during that time, grant individual states the right to fully and affirmatively enforce existing federal laws related to immigration.
