Fully expunge Sgt. Charles Marland's record and issue him a Commendation Medal for defending a child in Afghanistan.

Created by C.B. on January 28, 2016

Army Sgt. Charles Marland and Captain Daniel Quinn beat up an Afghan police chief because the chief was imprisoning, beating and raping a small boy. Since then, the United States Army had proceeded in discharging him and dragging his name through the mud. The fact that the Army would punish a soldier for defending children is beyond outrageous. In a world filled with evil we should be commending those who protect innocence not reprimanding them.
