The purpose of this petition is too fully fund the Department of Veteran's Affairs Budget by benchmarking it to the Department of Defenses Budget, dollar for dollar. When the DOD budget has be appropriated so has the VA's. If the country cannot afford the VA's budget, than the country can't afford to go to war. These budgets shall be separate,but equal, and shall not be separated in their appropriation. They shall be voted on by a roll call vote in open session.
