I am asking the President to sign the extension for Emergency Unemployment Compensation . We cannot afford for another day to pass with 1.7 million families being forced to lose their homes due to funding for this program. I implore President Obama to stand alone if he has to stop this travesty. We can find the funds to fight wars in other countries, but we cannot fund American families.
