Who can have close control on what is available to cunsume in the media market; things music, scripted television shows and the news that is shown. If America followed the rest of western civilization in fully funding our public media outlets, the people would have over sight in the validity of the news, the type of shows shown, the music played. Giving some power of choice in entertainment and documentation of history and daily events back to the people; by closing a the "Walton Grat" tax loophole raising about 100 billion dollars in owed taxes from the super rich.
