Fully fund schools and make prisons work on budgets.

I am the PTA president at a school in Memphis TN. We are mostly poor African Americans and our budget is so small we do not even have sports teams or enough printer paper for the teachers to print assignments. Yet our prisons are so well funded that the prisoners have ever need and requirement filled. This is not unique to our school, but a problem the country over. The first budgets to always get cut are education, usually so government officials can get pay raises. While prisoners can go to college free and get all the material needed our children can not even get art paper to do assignments with in class.
