On behalf of all past, current, and future injured workers, I petition the White House to conduct a thorough investigation of Sedgwick CMS (Claims Management Services). Specifically, Sedgwick's wrongfully denying and/or denying Worker's Compensation (On The Job Injury) claims. Further, investigate the unfair and biased treatment and procedures currently being used with regards to IMEs (Independent Medical Exams).
