Fully legalize and decriminalize Marijuana in all forms and set the smoking age at 19 or 20

Marijuana should be legalized and regulated much like alcohol such as having a set age to smoke. I believe the age to smoke should be 19 or 20. The effects caused by smoking are not as mind altering as drinking. Legalizing Marijuana will also stimulate the economy producing at the very least a $50billion a year industry severely cutting into the national debt. It will also relieve some of the demand for jobs because it will produce hundreds of jobs and industries
