Fireworks have been illegal in Massachusetts for over a decade. Legalizing them would create jobs in consumer stores, (Phantom Fireworks, etc.) promote business in the state, making it the go-to place for fireworks; driving sales through the roof. Injuries do happen, even when fireworks are legal. And to make injuries less common, make the minimal purchase age 18. By legalizing fireworks to the fullest extent, in short, incredulous amounts of money can be made.
