The regulation of the marijuana and hemp may be decided upon by the legislation of each state. Each indovidual who has been incarcerated or plagued with other marijuana related legal issues will recieve a pardon as long as the crime commited was for marijuana alone and not commited with any other crime; such as theft, breaking and entering, murder, etc.
