Total and immediate legalization of marijuana for the entire country. 20 states already have it for medicinal purposes and Colorado already has it for recreational use. These 20 states have been functioning fine with cannabis either legal or prescribed to patients by doctors. With the total legalization of marijuana, the marijuana would be taxed fairly to help with the country's deficit. There will be limits to who is able to purchase the marijuana though. Anyone over the age of 16 will be able to purchase and minors younger than 16 will be able to purchase marijuana only with a parent/guardian signature and also a recommendation by a physician. Anyone who is caught abusing their privilege of being able to purchase and consume marijuana will have these privileges revoked.
