It's time to STOP this so called "War on Drugs".
The federal Government should fully legalize the use of Hemp as an agricultural product and FULLY legalize the Medical and Recreational use of Marijuana.
Marijuana can be taxed and regulated as is Alcohol.
The Cartels lose out in this deal as well,as we also SAVE tax dollars by not spending tax dollars on fruitless interdiction.
Many States have already legalized the MEDICAL use of Marijuana and 2 States have outright legalized the recreational use.
It's past time for the passage of a bill that would help many Americans personally and benefit our Country in many ways!
