Gun control laws are out of control. Especially in D.C. Where a journalist in DC, David Gregory, intentionally and knowingly violates the law by showing a high capacity magazine on national television and he gets a free pass. Army specialist Speckler unknowingly carries a few rounds of ammo and he is now a criminal.
