Fully recognize Chicanos as a distinct Native people and Aztlan as a Sovereign Nation State.

Fully recognize California, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Tejas, Nevada as the Sovereign Nation of Aztlan and allow for the recognition of all Chicanos as Native peoples and Mexicans and Central Americans as Native migrants and victims of US Imperialism.
This would allow the people of these territories whom are increasingly of Native origin to finally take place in the process of complete National Development thus pulling themselves away from 500 years of Colonial and Neo-Colonial subjugation. The Republic of Aztlan would grant complete Sovereignty to all Native First Nations within it and rightly struggle to aid in the liberation of all Colonized peoples including but not limited to Africans and Puerto Ricans. Aztlan will be governed democratically as a Socialist Republic.
