The second amendment does not distinguish between felons and non-felons when it refers to the right to bear arms. Even felons have the inherent right to defend themselves against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Non-violent felons do not pose an increased risk to the public by owning a firearm, if they do, prove it. Return the rights of felons that have been illegally stripped from them!!! Two wrongs don't make a right, is how I remember it. Practice what you preach, Mr. President!!!
