For the good order and discipline of the populous of the United States, We request that the totality of the Stolen Valor Act be reinstated, and expanded to include but not limited to claims of military service, wearing of unearned medals/ribbons/insignias/military specialized training badges (BUD/s, SEAL trident, jump wings, etc)and uniforms, as it is comparable to the laws dictating the illegality of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
For the due respect that the US Flag deserves, we the people petition that the use of the Flag of the United States of America be punishable if worn as clothing in accordance with the the US Flag Code, in photographs, videos, etc.
