HR4170 "Student Loan Forgiveness Act" should properly address older/aging students trapped in the 'for-profit financial aid fraud' cycle when deregulation caused thousands of college students across the nation to be victimized by financial aid fraud which involved the theft of student loan funds. These actions left many impoverished persons without an education and holding the debt of the bankers and school administrators who wrongly usurped taxpayer funds through Stafford loans. This caused deprivation of opportunity to get an education or find decent work. These persons are now aging and disabled, having remained in poverty. The Dept of Education should be required to fully discharge all student loans of those parties so victimized whose income is zero and/or below poverty guidelines.
