The Breast Cancer Research Stamps are already printed and should be available in all 40,000 post offices in the United States. This program has the potential to raise Hundreds of Millions of Dollars for Cancer Research. Every Post Office in the U S should display a Poster of the Breast Cancer Research Stamp and Postal Clerks should be instructed to offer the stamps to those purchasing 1st Class stamps. When given the choice many people will purchase the BCRS's. We are missing the opportunity to raise much needed money for cancer research. Let's stamp out cancer in your lifetime.
