Fund $10 mill to educate and send volunteers to help teach animal husbandry and sustainability to those struck by famine

Famine is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. America needs to be a leader in our fight to end hunger. Obama should create a fund for volunteers to educate and help people who are in severe famine conditions. America has the resources to help these people directly instead of going through their government so let's take matters into our own hands and put an end to hunger. A fund of 10 million dollars for an eight year program.
