Recent polls indicate that there is a silent majority of Americans whose views are not reflected by the legislative actions and policies of our government . At the same time, recent elections indicate a significant number of eligible voters do not participate in the electoral process by casting their votes. The objective of this petition is to create, fund and execute a public relations campaign the objective of which it to incite the plebiscite to vote. Messages delivered by the campaign are to be non-partisan, of course, and to stress the moral obligation of voter participation in order to secure the future prosperity and security of our great country.
