We, the undersigned, petition the Obama Administration to mandate that the United States Department of Justice enforce the existing laws against consumer fraud, and to no longer ignore or tolerate commercial frauds, scams, and cons.
Specifically, but not only including, the hundreds of on-line scams that pretend to sell "free energy" devices, "HHO" / "water as fuel" devices, "salt free water conditioner" devices, and other similar frauds and scams.
We also petition the Obama Administration to find the funds necessary to fund the Department of Justice in enforcing anti-scam and anti-fraud laws, and to prosecute the criminals engaging in these frauds.
