We the people demand that the United States combat the over utilization of our natural resources specifically water. Indoor farming requires around 1% of the water of traditional farming.
Solar roadways could be used to provide cheap reliable energy to all of the United States while adding built in safety features for travelers such as: heated roads that melts ice and disperses the water, built in driver alerts, and housing for underground electrical and internet lines.
Solar desalinization and purification plants would provide drinkable water that is becoming increasingly hard to come by while not increasing pollution on our planet.
