Fund the cloning of Arnold Schwarzenegger to immortalize the Science Fiction/Action genre of film making

In recent years, the science/action film genre has been in decline. The films lack the creativity and wonder which were so masterfully incorporated into the Arnold Schwarzenegger Films of the decades before. In the effort to immortalize the film genre, federal funding should be allocated to a project which will clone the movie star/former governor/role mode/body builder/messiah thus allowing endless production of films which will captivate audiences just as the Terminator films, and the original Total Recall had done before. This will stimulate the American economy merely through the revenue sales of the films and create an everlasting sense of happiness within American Society. Arnold Schwarzenegger is the key to true democracy in these United States.
