Living as a single parent in today's society has proven difficult with no college education. Student loans and grants are becoming more and more difficult to obtain, and the cost of living is skyrocketing. Single parents don't have the money to devote towards school because of health care costs, daycare costs and overall monthly maintenance overhead.
Single parents should be allowed to attend college to further their education with the help of the state and federal governments.
