fund community tornado shelters and robotic rescue vehicles for low-income housing areas in tornado-prone American zones

Created by T.S. on November 05, 2013

Tornados injure and kill thousands of Americans every year: our children, our parents, our friends, our neighbors. More than 50% of these deaths occur in trailer parks and low income housing areas. Why? Because they have no shelter from the storm. The RBS FLL Team Turtlebot believes everyone deserves shelter. FEMA should devote funding to creating cost-effective community shelters and robotic rescue vehicles. We have researched and developed models for consideration. Now it's time for FEMA to step up and begin providing the shelter these Americans so desperately need. Please, won't you join us in our quest by signing this petition and sharing it with your friends and family? Your signature could save a life!
