Fund the creation and operation of a research team tasked to study gun violence and publish findings to the public.

Created by T.P. on December 21, 2012

If an organization within the government were tasked solely with the study and interpretation of gun violence in America, we could then use that data to rationally approach gun control, and potentially save thousands of lives ended prematurely by gun violence every year.

A push for gun control should not only occur in times of national tragedy, the people should always stay informed, and push to make the United States a safer place for everyone.

Snap reactions to national tragedy are not in the best interest of anyone on either side of any debate, time should be taken to study all possible courses of action, before rational decisions can be made at a federal scale.
