Urge the White House and Washington D.C. to fund the creation of a real-life cyborg police officer similar to that in the popular 1980's film Robocop.
The city of Detroit and its police department are at a crossroads and are unable to properly "Serve the Public Trust, Protect the Innocent and Uphold the Law."
With modern technology, we may be able to research the creation of an actual cyborg police officer for Detroit. This cop will then be able to clean the streets of Detroit and rid it of crime and violence.
