Each year 30,000 people in the US are killed by guns -- hundreds are killed by law enforcement. In each case it’s a tragedy for the shooter, the victim, and their families. Police are killed when they hesitate a second too long; civilians are killed when they shoot a second too fast.
Most guns haven’t changed since the 1860s. But now we have better weapons that can fire a taser/stun round, flash-bang, rubber bullets, rock salt, tear gas, AND lethal rounds from a single gun without reloading.
