Fund every public school to build security fences, install cameras, and hire armed security with entry control points.

Give our children a safe place to learn. Move funding from the defense budget to build sound security campuses for all of America's public schools. This should include secure fences, a camera monitoring system on the outside of the schools, an entry control point with armed guards, and other security measures. The security personnel could be augmented from local law enforcement, and military resources.
