Fund FDA testing of Marijuana to end once and for all the question of it's medical usefulness.

Various organizations make claims regarding the validity of medical marijuana. End the debate once and for all by having the FDA conduct drug trials on volunteers afflicted by the ailments it is intended to help with. If funding is an issue, put it to vote in Congress. Take some of the money away from the "War on Drugs" and put it to good use.
