Fund the Google Driverless Car project.

Created by A.B. on April 17, 2016

The United States government should fund the Google Driverless Cars for the following purposes:

1. Taxi Services - If the government were to fund this project for taxi services, people could get home through taxi stops. The stops would be at multiple locations throughout every city. They would look like parking payment machines and you would insert a quarter to call one of the driverless cars over. When the car comes, you get in and enter a location and pay at the end of the ride. To avoid Theft of Transit Services, it would have a camera recording inside. The car would lock when arriving and alert police if the worst case scenario happens.

Scenarios where this could help: Drinking, getting to work when you don't have a car, and other personal services.
