Fund Grants to Parents with Children who have Disabilities in collaboration with the School Districts they reside in.

Created by H.M. on February 13, 2013

If Grants were given to Parents for Children with Disabilities to be used with the Schools less Bullying, and more education would take place among these children, because the School District funding would be attached to the child's education and safety.

Bullying among children with disabilities is at an all time high. Many students are resorting to violence because school administrators, teachers, and staff simply stand-by, and do nothing. If some of the Special Education Federal Grants were given to parents to be used only for educational purposes for the student, and those funds were taken from the Special Education Federal Funded pool, many Districts would stop the bullying of disabled students, and Educate them in a safer environment.
