Mr. President,
Please take an educated look at the current laws for gun ownership, perform a study on the impact of gun reform and the effect it has on stopping criminals from using guns to harm others, who by definition don't follow the law, take into account the impact of a person's mental health with regard to gun ownership and ways to help people with mental disabilities, and please take into account the controversial nature of the term "assault weapon." Lastly, a re-structuring of gun laws to be straight-forward, common sense, and fair to law abiding citizens is requested.
